We have used Mr Papa for a couple of corporate catering events and have been so happy with the whole experience. The food is so fresh and expertly crafted, and they have catered individually for vegetarians and vegans. They have been such a breeze to communicate with and their service and delivery is always top tier. Could not recommend them enough!

Two months ago I ordered a burrito at Gringo’s and clearly asked at the counter for no bacon. The staff member who brought the food even said “bacon-free burrito,” so I trusted that the order was correct. After eating the first half, while I was eating the second half a piece of chicken fell out and I saw bacon inside. I was shocked. I immediately told the cashier and they were also surprised. Unfortunately at that moment my appetite and trust were completely gone. As a Muslim, eating pork is a very serious religious issue. For us it is as sensitive as serving beef to someone who follows Hindu beliefs. Please double-check special requests before serving food. Dietary and religious restrictions should always be taken seriously. I hope this helps improve attention to orders so this does not happen to someone else.
