The staff seemed lovely when I came in. Put me and Arthur at ease. However after a hour the lady said he only managed to be bathed and brushed.... not nail clipping or tidy up. 38quid seemed a little steep for a wash and brush tbh. I was advised to book again for another hour which im unwilling to do if you cant trim nails. I guess the purpose of paying for a groomer is they're experts so would expect either they can do whats advertised or I get called to pick him up early as they're unable to complete the job. Thankfully he settles for me so ive been able to cut his nails and trim he's eyes
