Today was my first visit, and I was extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided. My dog struggles with anxiety, and the staff took thoughtful, deliberate steps to help her feel comfortable before bringing her to the back. Their patience and compassion truly stood out. The staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional throughout the experience. I also found their pricing to be very reasonable for the quality of service offered. Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with our visit and will absolutely be returning. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking attentive and reliable care for their pet.

First of all, I want to say WOW! WHAT AN AMAZING JOB (CORA) did with grooming mine & my husband's doggo, ( capree ) we had just got her from humane fort Wayne, unfortunately she was matted and we had to get her groomed, luckily we found muddy mutt! We told them that she is new to her environment, and very timid/scared of her new surroundings/people, they understood. They took very great care of her! She was super happy and calm when we picked her up. Very affordable package, she looked like a brand new girl! She is still very happy & so are we! We will definitely be back, I am very pleased with your guys service & hospitality towards our girl. PLEASE GO TO MUDDY MUTT. THEY ARE FANTASTIC. 10 stars.
