I thought that we wouldn't be able to get seen since we were a walk in and all appointments were booked out. The person at the front desk said she could call if someone cancelled and we ended up getting in earlier because of this! We were able to get an xray and ortho appointment later all in one day. This team is efficient, caring, and knowledgeable. Definitely coming back if we have any more mishaps in the future

I actually scheduled an appointment at the Frederickson Multicare Indigo Urgent Care for 3:45 and we were checked in. They called us really quick. The staff there are excellent with extremely excellent personality. Love it. It’s a to go to when you need to be seen. Thank you…

I was able to book an appointment very easily and the staff ensured that I was well taken care of. The wait was short and the staff were very knowledgeable. PA Heath was astounding, he had great bedside manners, he and his attending staff made my mom and l feel very welcomed. I left feeling well informed and hopeful. I would recommend Multicare Indigo to anyone in need of a caring urgent care.

As usual, great service. Walked in, gave information, and of course had to wait for previous appointments, but was seen within an hour. Nurse Monika was excellent as well as provider Scott. I always choose this location over others in the area because of this excellent service that I get. Thank you, indigo.

Made an appointment for a sunday visit. Kinda busy, but only waited about 10 minutes to be seen. Was having cataract surgery on Tuesday and my stomach was kinda acting up, so just wanted to get a clean bill of health. I did and very quickly. Def. recommend this place no matter how you're feeling. Knowledgeable AND friendly staff!
