Cutest little boutique in Phoenix! Great selection and reasonable prices. Sarah was a lifesaver today and helped me find the perfect dress for an upcoming event. High recommend this adorable little shop not only for the great selection but also for the amazing customer service.

**UPDATE (as of 11/25/24)**: I returned to Muse last week since I had some time on my hands to shop around. I came specifically to look at their current holiday collection, since a couple of their new dresses caught my eye online. A HUGE shout out to Jamie for making my experience this visit absolutely amazing! 😄💗 I needed a couple outfits to wear for upcoming special occasions, and Jamie went above and beyond to find beautiful pieces for me to try on! While I mainly tried on dresses, she took the time to put together a super cute outfit for me to try and I loved it! I ended up buying a couple of beautiful dresses (as shown in attached pictures), and I can’t wait to rock them! 🥰 The fitting room is super cute as well and I loved all the body-positive affirmations that are displayed on the mirror! 🫶🏻 Highly recommend stopping by Muse if you’re a local or visiting the area! 💖 Original Review: ⬇️ I visited this fabulous boutique for the first time a couple days ago while waiting to pick up dinner next door. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of this store, as well as the diverse range of cute clothes and accessories. The employee who spoke to me was very kind and friendly; and allowed me to place any pieces I wanted on hold if I was interested in coming back for them - which was super thoughtful! With this in mind there are a couple reasons why this review is 4 stars at the moment. First, when shopping in person and online, I noticed that a lot of their clothing items range on the pricier side, so I hope this means their clothing is made with high quality materials and fabrics. I am very particular about the clothing fabrics I wear and shop for, as I prefer to wear breathable fabrics without synthetic materials or PFA’s. Additionally, I did not have very much time to shop all their products because I did not realize until I first got inside and spoke with staff that they were minutes away from getting ready to close. In that case, I am eager to come back and shop when I’m back in the area and I have some free time. I will update this review when I return because this place has potential to become one of my new favorite places to shop.

Beautiful shop! Amazing & attentive service! The cashier set aside dresses for me as I perused. I love how personable she was. I ended up picking the dress in the attached video. It feels heavenly & I can't wait to wear it on my trip to New Orleans.

I was visiting Phoenix from Denver and needed to find a dress last minute...I ended up finding two dresses, a bodysuit, shoes and a purse at Muse that I absolutely love!! The women who work there are so kind and helpful, and the shop is full of a ton of great merchandise. I struggle to find boutiques in Denver that I really love, and wish that we had something like Muse here!! Definitely will be my go-to store in Phoenix whenever I'm in town :) They also have a great online shop.

This is my favorite place to shop in Phoenix. The clothes, accessories, and gifts are carefully curated and very qualitative. Everything is truly beautiful. I love how they always take the time to help you find outfits and give their honest opinion on different looks. Love Muse!
