This place is truly spectacular! They care about every detail and have the best extensions around. They are gentle with the application and my hair is stronger and healthier than ever! After trying all of the different hair extension applications, I’m in love with how they install the natural beaded rows. And they take such good care of you with the best snacks and drink selection around.

Muse Extension Lounge is truly the best! From the moment you walk in, you feel taken care of. The space is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the little touches (like their Muse-mosa and snacks) make the whole experience feel special. The team is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. They specialize in NBR extensions, and the results are amazing—my hair looks natural, blends perfectly, and feels so comfortable. What I love most is that they really care about keeping your natural hair healthy while giving you gorgeous results. Everyone there is warm, professional, and detail-oriented. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in how great the extensions turn out. I’ve gotten so many compliments since my appointment, and I left feeling not only more confident but also completely pampered. I cannot say enough about my experience at Muse extension lounge. The customer service is second to none, obviously they've done this a time or two (or a thousand)! They are masters. Julia along with her partners and colleagues, (namely Shane during my visit) have seemingly perfected this art. What an elevated, elegant and sophisticated space in Arcadia. From the moment I walked in the door, they treated me like a VIP, even though we had never met before. They took the time to listen to what I was hoping to achieve, made me feel welcome, offered food and drink, and we shared pleasant and delightful conversation during the course of my transformation. I felt cared for and heard, leaving happy on cloud nine. Can we talk about the quality of the hair they use as well as the top tier products? As if all that is not enough, they send you out the door with a thoughtful gift box of goodies, cute hair ties and accessories, a hair brush, and even include a box of delectable chocolates. I challenge you to find an extension lounge here in the Valley that lives up to these standards. Chef's kiss! Bravo Julia.
