They perform hard credit inquiries without notifying the customer. The associate did not tell me this. I found out when my credit monitoring company contacted me a few days later asking to verify if the credit check was authorized. By this time we already had the double bass at home for a couple of days. Upon calling customer service, the associate said he couldn't do anything about an ill trained associate and hung up.

If I could give negative stars I would company scams every cent possible from you!!! Then customer service and employees are the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my 29 years of life literally waited hours for them to simply answer the phone after trying to call and get ahold of them multiple times on multiple days smh. Do yourself a BIG favor and avoid this company like the plague!! Literally any other option would be better…

I wouldn’t recommend them. When I originally purchased/rented the instrument the person was rude. I just recently took the instrument back since it was no longer needed. I was required to pay a full months fee for the 6 days I had it. When I asked if I could pay prorated amount he said no it was for a missed payment. 😵💫 I just paid it to be done with them.

Music and Art store is the perfect place to get your musical instruments tuned up and ready to play. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They can take care of all of your repair and sales needs. I encourage you to visit them and give them your business.
