Supposed to be open at 11:00am. It’s now 11:20am on Wednesday and door is still locked and lights are still off.

To Victor M. He honored a return of an item and before doing so I did my due diligence to look at policy but there was no mention of said item. Agreement was made, return was honored, great customer service and satisfied customer.

So I waited to the the last minute to get the stuff my son needed. Lucky for me this place had it. The guy at the front was more than help full. He guided me with an awesome attitude. Not to mention this place is pretty stocked with everything.

It was nice visiting a physically small shop for personal service. The young man can hear a pitch and enjoyed talking about guitars but I have a feeling he could take care of any music and instrument needs. I'm certain I'll return for another guitar one day.

I gave my grandson a simple classic guitar and it needed to be restrung. I brought it over to this shop and this young fellow with long hair took it and promised it back today (7/3/25). When I walked him he told me that the guitar is not playable because the strings hit the frets and handed it over to me with the new strings. What bothers me is that if you do this often and you put in the first string, one should notice that and stop right there and let the customer know. The individual just gave me the UN-playable guitar, with the new strings. I expected him to refund my money and not install the new strings. That is not very honest!
