Went in this smaller music store because I had questions and was hopeful that a rep with knowledge would be available. I have been to the bigger competitor locations several times in the last several weeks and can’t get any reps in there to slow down enough to help me spend my money. Both of the people I engaged with were pleasant to talk to. There was a young lady, dark hair, glasses who did a good job of making recommendations based on what felt like experience. She spent some time with me and she did this without seeming bothered which was nice because I had a lot of random questions. And I would honestly much rather spend more money in a physical location than online, especially when the staff is pleasant to deal with when you aren’t buying anything. I will be back to pull the trigger on a few items I saw in there today. Thank you.

I came in to get some guitar strings and Ricky was awesome. He helped me string the guitar tuned it up for me and played it a little bit. overall great experience really knowledgeable guy two thumbs up. I recommend any musician to come to this location for a great experience.

I had a good experience at Music & Arts yesterday. I needed a small speaker to use with my keyboard, and Ricky helped me find exactly what I needed along with the right cables. He was super nice and he helped me right as I walked in so I didn’t have to wait around for a sales person like when I go to Guitar Center. I will definitely go to M&A first from now on!

I'm not good at posting reviews! But it has been bothering me for a bit! I had 2 of my daughters enrolled in guitar lessons for about 3 years. It started out with an instructor named Rob. He was very good. Unfortunately after 2 years, Rob left. There was a very good manager named William, you were able to approach him with your concerns and he'll try to resolve them. William recommended Mr. Valentin Zapata. Then William left as well. My only reason for the one star is due to the new manager named Bailey or Hailey. I asked a few questions on billing she seemed bothered! So I wanted her managers number and she said she couldn't give it to me. I do not understand why they put a person to manage a store without experience or CSR skills! Let me say that my daughter's guitar lessons improved in the last year with Mr. Zapatas' lessons. He is one of the best in that school. There was an older man learning violin and a student in a wheelchair which i overheard the staff making fun of them of them and throwing little side jokes. Very unprofessional. You don't do that! I would have continued paying for the guitar lessons. But the prices changed and her way of talking to people is really not managerial skills! My daughters were sad to discontinue the music lessons with Mr. Zapata. He deserves the 5 stars and above. Very thorough, respectful, and kind! If you go for guitar lessons. I would recommend Mr. Zapata.
