Darrin at Music City was a huge help in picking out a piano for myself and my 7-year-old daughter. I went to the store several times, and over the visits we spent several hours together comparing and contrasting the different instruments and what made the most sense for my situation. I never felt pressured to commit or make a decision, and we ended up with a piano that both myself and my daughter have gotten a lot of joy from thus far.

We recently bought a Yamaha electric baby grand piano from music city and we couldn’t be more happy with the purchase! Our experience at their business was wonderful and everything went very smoothly. We were helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable lady and never felt like we were being pushed into making a purchase. We had our two young children with us who are quite energetic as we were testing the pianos and we never felt like they were an annoyance to the employees. We would highly recommend buying A piano or keyboard from this company. We will be returning here for sure and are already recommending it to others.

Great experience at Music City! I recently purchased a Yamaha b3. I was very pleased with the whole sales experience. Carrie was very helpful and knowledgeable, and she shared information about each piano I looked at without making me feel like she was pushing any particular one. I was given as much time as I wanted to just play and really get a feel for the pianos before I made up my mind. The sales process was easy and smooth, the delivery guys were friendly and efficient, and my piano is wonderful! I am loving it and so are my 38 students.
