My child has private piano lessons here. She has learned so much in the short amount of time we have attended lessons. The lessons are affordable, convenient and fun. The staff is super helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend Music on the Westside to all families interested in having their child or themselves learn an instrument.

I signed my child up for the Rockin’ Rookies class at Music on the Westside hoping he could try different instruments and discover what he was interested in. Unfortunately, the class was chaotic and had very little actual instrument time. Classes felt rushed, even when they started late, and there were multiple fees just to sign up and even more to cancel. The monthly cost is very high for a 45-minute class only four times a month, especially considering the lack of structure and hands-on learning. Very disappointing experience, and not worth the money.

The people who work here are kind and communicative. My three-piece rock band practices at Music on the West Side on Sunday afternoons. We play in a well-insulated room that has a PA system, electronic drums and other music stuff. The building is secure, and parking is easy. Inside is clean, well maintained and welcoming. I recommend this place for any musicians wanting to play loud in comfort!

My daughter and I have been taking ukulele lessons together for the last few months and loved it. Our instructor Jeziel is highly skilled and lots of fun to work with. Overall it's been a great opportunity for my daughter and I to learn something new together.
