I came to Arizona 7 years ago. I was introduced to Louisa through my son who also purchased a home with her. I bought a home here in Sun City, and Luisa was the kindest most patient human being I have ever met. She's very intelligent new exactly what she was doing and I was very happy to have her on my side. I later sold that house and bought a condo that I just sold recently. Again, there was Luisa Ward. She is one of the best friends I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. If you need someone to help you purchasing a home, a condo or whatever. You won't meet a more knowledgeable Kinder person than Louisa Ward. She is and always will be my dearest friend.

I worked with Louisa Ward who helped me come up with a plan. We did not sell traditionally, we went through investors where Louisa's long experience gave her access to so many investors that she has worked with in the past that we were able to sell the house very fast, within weeks, as the most fair price. She walked me through the process and made it easy. A+++ and highly recommended.

Flower was our realtor! My husband and I were looking for our very first home, and she explained pretty much everything to us in a way we could understand and for that we are very thankful! She also would help us in asking questions we didn’t even think about, so her experience and expertise was amazing and in the long run helped us a lot. She is also super friendly which we loved also.
