My Bounce House Guy is amazing! We used them for my daughter’s 2nd birthday, and we couldn’t be happier. The team was incredibly professional from start to finish — the setup was quick, smooth, and super friendly. The bounce house looked great and was spotless. This is our second time using this company. Communication was lacking both times. They came to drop off early 4 hours early and no one was home this time. My husband does not like people on our yard if we’re not there. The bounce house was adorable but full of sand. The driver was polite and helped us with an issue with the blowers over the phone. The entire family had a blast in it. The company failed to communicate that they weren’t going to pick up that night so it on our property for 24 hours which is not compliant with our HOA rules. I called in the AM and sent a follow-up text as the automated message says to. I was told the bounce house would be picked up “later today” and evaded answering my question when I asked twice more as well as my husband’s texts regarding a more exact pick-up time. They came to pick-up while we were gone. Having the extra time is great, however it rained, so with the sand already inside + not getting a pick-up time, we couldn’t even enjoy the extra hours. We will take our business elsewhere in the future.

Booking them for my son’s birthday for the 5th year in a row… They always deliver prior to your party’s start time and are friendly and efficient! Never had an issue with any of the slides and the kids (and adults) have the best time.

Would book with this company again. 100% satisfaction, the prices are very reasonable, the company is also very kind and easy to do business with. They showed up early, set the slide up quickly & efficiently, they came to collect it on time, actually a little past(maybe 30 minutes or so) our booked time which was considerate in my opinion, they took it all down the same, quick & efficiently. The owner also let me switch out slides when i booked the wrong one without any hassles which was nice!. I'll be using them again for my kids next party. Very professional, kind, efficient and reliable. Thanks for a great slide & party !!
