IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD! DOOOO NOOOTTT FILE WITH THEM! They ran off with my $400 to file and didn’t end up even filing & refused my refund. DONT FILE UNPROFESSIONAL Your response does not change the fact that I paid $400 and my taxes were never filed. That is not an acceptable outcome. I was not properly informed of any issues or given a fair chance to resolve them before my money was kept. I am requesting a refund for incomplete services.
