Everyone was so friendly!! It wasn’t first time getting my lashes lifted and tinted, I was nervous but Gia explained the process and made it smooth! I def will be coming back, I’m usually an eyelash extensions girly, but she sold me! I love how my lashes look lifted and natural. I’ll definitely be coming back thank you :)

Asked the technician Gia to keep my brows as thick as possible and she conveniently threads it thinner than my previous Microblading tint. Not once did she bother to reconfirm during threading what I meant by “keep my brows as thick as possible” instead chose to do personal chit chat while threading my brows. It took me two years to grow my eyebrows thick and it took her 60 seconds to thread that off. Then she conveniently ask, come after two weeks I will fix it- like hair growth is dust pilling on a freeway. To make it worse: my two brows now look completely different. Uneven, over-threaded, and not even remotely close to what I asked for. Advice to others: Give explicit instructions multiple times!! NEVER COMING BACK.

So this was my 2nd time going there and everyone is nice and welcoming but unfortunately, both times, I just wasn’t impressed with my brows. Uneven and just not as neat as I’m used to getting them.
