This is the second time that we have used this service, and we've been delighted both times. About two years ago a tutor helped my then 15 year old find more confidence in their English skills, and now Sydney helped my 9 year old find more confidence and speed with math. I've been impressed with the quality of the tutors at very diverse age ranges as well as how seamless it was to set up.
We've had a great experience here. We started out with a tutor who was not the perfect fit, and Mehmaz (who runs the company) was very quick to address this. She set us up with Jessica, who has been a fantastic tutor: she's reliable, responsive and has great chemistry with our daughter. After every lesson, she follows up with an email summary of what was covered, the progress made, and usually some additional practice. We're very happy.
My experience with MyGradeBooster was outstanding from start to finish. Mehrnaz was incredibly responsive, billing was seamless and, most importantly, our tutor was fantastic. Risha was not only extremely skilled and competent, she was also kind, caring and diligent, following up every session with written notes and resources.
