Such a lovely experience! The service was amazing and everyone was so kind and welcoming. My nail tech was especially nice and made me feel really comfortable. She was very careful with everything, especially my cuticles, and her work is truly worth every penny. The salon had a calm, quiet atmosphere with light music, which made it super relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Last 2 times we have gone we have had nails peel up ..or not not stay ..i understand that happens sometimes but when three people go and you get similiar problems ..i had gel polish ..my daughter had acrylic mine lasted 24 hr before lifting hers lasted 5 days..price up quality down..she went in and they said they would fix it ..charged her full price

I’ve been to a lot of nail salons, but Mysa Nail Bar is on a different level. The space is super clean, modern, and has that calm, luxury vibe the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly and really pays attention to detail. They take their time and don’t rush, which I really appreciate. My nails always come out exactly how I want — clean, precise, and long-lasting. Booking is easy, prices are clear, and overall the experience just feels elevated compared to typical salons. Definitely my go-to spot now. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend getting your nails done here. Your $150 gel and BIAP and/or acrylic manicure will be left broken after a few days and they charge you extra for them to fix apparent mistakes left by their nail techs. I’ve gotten my nails done at other Boston nail spa like miniluxe and this has never happened to me before. UPDATE: I called within their 7-day policy to tell them that my nail (by the 2 nails from my finger and toe nails) were broken after 3 days and because i was away from the city traveling i would not be able to stop by by their 7th day but will be back a few days later. They made no effort to be flexible and again, i have never had a nailspa with such poor customer service. And regardless of the policy, it is completely unacceptable that customers spend 3+ hours getting their manicures done for special occasions or even for everyday busy life and that the $100+ service provided is so poorly done such that it comes off just 2 days later ?? Most people are busy professionals so if i reserve 3hrs time of my already busy schedule to get a professional service, i expect it to be done well ! At the very least, and very minimum no defects should be seen for 2 weeks minimum !! It is extremely unprofessional and discourteous of your customers. Again, i do not recommend any busy professionals to get their manicures and/or pedicure done here if you respect your time as well as good nail service.
