I did both the Tears of Freya and Nikola Tesla with my family, both were so unique and so well thought out. Nikola Tesla was definitely the most difficult and puzzle-heavy room I have ever done, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying every minute of it. The theme is something I’ve never seen before, and I was blown away by the fascinating technology. My family was able to complete Tears of Freya, and we absolutely loved that theme too. The music and props are amazing and make it a very immersive experience. I would recommend both of these rooms to anyone who loves escape rooms. Sophie and Justin were great game masters!! Owners are also so kind and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience! :)
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The escape room was so imaginative, beautiful, new, and technologically fun that made it fun for everyone, both men and women in our group. The puzzles were very unique and cool. We did the room called tears of Freya and it was awesome. Came to find out the Dan or himself designed it which made sense why it’s so unique and clearly made with love and attention to detail. Our game master was super professional, and very fun too, which really added to the experience. To top it all off the bar at delicious drinks and amazing and kind staff. Their appetizers were great as well. So it’s so nice to chill there before your game or after. I would come to the bar independently even without this escape room. All to say this was an evening that was exceeded all of our expectations and we had so much fun. Can’t compare to any of the escape rooms we have ever done. highly recommend for everyone to give it a try!
Mystic Escape Rooms are our favorite escape rooms by far. We started with their littleton location and quickly did all 3 rooms because they were incredible. We had heard they were opening a second location in Denver and just got to do their first room last night. As expected, it was a great experience. Their puzzles and mechanical engineering solutions are incredible. Requiring a combo of logic and attentive observation, the puzzles flow well and are extremely satisfying to solve. The room they have now Tears of Freya is old norse themed and really well executed. We cheesed one of the puzzles a bit because we are familiar with escape rooms, but did most of the work to solve it anyways. Will always recommend anyone who loves escape rooms to check out mystic. They are great for a wide variety of thinkers and groups of mixed experience and age. When they say their rooms require a minimum number of people, trust them. This location has a bar in the front with a great upscale casual vibe in the heart of the santa fe arts district. They offer live music some nights and if I lived nearby, I would probably go there just for a drink as well. If you're new to escape rooms or very experienced, you should check it out.
What a great escape room! Not that I have a lot of experience with these things but, it was a great time and challenging. The surprise bonus was the kick ass bar! I wouldn't care if the wait was long for the room, I would come just for the bar!
The bar here is one of the best bars I have been to! Which was an unexpected delight! We had a big group and all tried a ton of different drinks and every drink was outstanding!! If they make a book with drink recipes I would like to put in my preorder now cause wow they were good! Also, the bartenders were just amazing people, very friendly, super nice, and were very quick! The escape room itself was probably the best I have ever been to! It was a lot of fun with unique puzzles to solve. The ambiance was perfect! The technology in the room was very impressive and well hidden to make it feel more magical. Anna (hopefully spelled correctly) really set the mood and the scene well! She did an amazing job! Someone in your group might need to crawl for a puzzle so keep that in mind if you are with a group that has mobility challenges. I think they could accommodate your group, if you tell them though. Overall I definitely recommend coming here! It was such a fun experience!
