Absolutely wonderful experience at Na Hoku in Ala Moana! Despite having a packed store, Kelly B and Su went above and beyond with their patience and expertise. Their incredible product knowledge made all the difference in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. they took the time to make us feel like valued customers. The level of service here is truly exceptional - you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their beautiful jewelry. Highly recommend this location and especially working with Kelly and Su!

Not only was she super knowledgeable of inventory but she was a great opinion to have and she actually made it fun to just shop. The most fantastic place for jewelry pieces in Hawaii and one of my most favorite stores in the world. Shopped here again 2 weeks ago. Bought rings and earrings for gifts. Treasury my pearls and antique Chinese MOP earrings my husband bought me last year. Staff are so nice! Beautiful location near the Moana and Outrigger. Early in the morning have Honolulu coffee and do the Breakfast at Tiffany’s thing.

Awesome service here! Had a great experience buying wedding rings. They were sized and ready for pickup the next day. They even offered to clean my engagement ring that was not from their store. Will be back!

I bought a Koa wood watch from here and the knob opened up on me underwater. Bad luck but sometimes stuff happens. I took it back to the store to get it fixed and they sent it out. It comes with a three year warranty. To fix a battery driven movement they said it would be over half the cost of the watch. They sent it back to me way more damaged than I sent it in. One of the screws on the back is slightly stripped, the dial is so rusted it can't even be threaded back in, and the second hand is detached from it's mount. Do not ever buy a watch from Na Hoku. They don't stand by their product which is proof that they themselves have no pride in their work.
