I absolutely love this place. They do an amazing job every time. State of the art nails. They specialize in designs, shapes and perfection. I had my nails done by both Nora and Krystal. Thank you so much for making my nails perfect and making my day brighter! Love 🥰🥰🥰.

A bit expensive but I got nail removal & a new set plus design & charge for shape. My nails came out beautiful! It was exactly what I wanted. I'll absolutely return & this will be my new nail salon. Thank you Tyler for a job well done!

My complaint is not about the work. The work is amazing. My complaint was the woman who sat at the desk number 13. I understand it is Christmas Eve and she probably did not want to be there, but do not make me feel uncomfortable sitting in your chair. I asked her at the beginning, can you cut my cuticles? She said yes. The whole time she is doing my nails, she is pulling my hand and acting like I’m an inconvenience because she has to do my nails. At the end, I asked again, can you cut my cuticles? She said it will go away when you wash your hands. I said the dead skin will not just go away when I wash my hands. She said that will be an extra $10. She was very rough, had an attitude, and made me feel so uncomfortable that by the end of the experience I just got up and walked to the front to pay. This is the one thing in my life that I get to do for myself and to be treated like I’m bothering her to be there. It’s a shame because she did really beautiful Work. A+ on the work, zero for customer service skills. That does not speak for the other technicians though.

Tyler did an amazing job on my nails. A very patient and understanding man! I brought my daughter she usually does well when I go but this time she was a bit fussy and he still took his time and did fantastic job on my nails even with my daughter stopping us a few times while he did them! Definitely will be coming back ❤️ happy holidays 🎄

This was my first time at this spa. It was such a great experience! Lily was my tech and I showed her one pic of a set of nails I wanted and she made my dreams come true! I cannot believe how great of a job she did off of just one picture. She made sure the length and the thickness was exactly what I wanted. She was patient while I picked a color out. Absolutely fantastic experience. Mandy and Helen took care of my mother in law and she had a great experience! We left grinning from ear to ear!
