I had a massage with Nate at the Boise location today and I was very impressed! He was very friendly and professional. His work was excellent. I'm not really sure what I was expecting, but Nate far exceeded it! I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great massage.

John was amazing! Tai stretching was just what I needed to combat my chronic pain and other issues. He threw in a little bit of relaxation and deep tissue to accommodate my particular needs. He was intuitive and very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable. It was hard to tell he was an apprentice because he was so knowledgeable. If you've never had Thai stretching - it is a unique type of massage that involves some potentially awkward positions and breath work but very worth it, especially if you have chronic pain or musculoskeletal instability as I do. John was very conscientious of the pressure and very professional.. He fixed me right up and no awkwardness. Or poky fingers and elbows! I'll def be back.

I’ve been to the Caldwell location and the new Nampa location. Both experiences were great! I can’t remember their names, but we had a mother and daughter do a couples massage while I was pregnant at the Caldwell location. They were so sweet and did such a great job. It made the last few months of pregnancy a lot better! I just had Paul at the Nampa location and he did such a great massage. He was kind and had great communication. He made sure I was comfortable and went above and beyond. I’m now a nursing mom with a stiff neck and back. I am feeling so refreshed! I also left my debit card there and Paul waited for me to come pick it up. I definitely recommend!

My partner and I got a couples massage here about a week ago and it was amazing! He had Matthew and I had Fernando, they were both very attentive, respectful, and customized to our personal needs. We both came out feeling refreshed and like new people! We highly recommend both of them, and we'll definitely be repeat customers. Thank you again!

Excellent experience: I sustained injuries from a fall while visiting over the Thanksgiving holiday and needed a massage to get the knots out and relieve the pain. Was able to get a same-day appointment with Hailey M who was incredible - I enjoyed immediate relief and 24 hours later am healing very nicely. I'm so glad I took a chance and called - the rest was magic! Highly recommend - if I lived in Boise this would be my place! In addition to the great service from booking to massage itself, the location is great, studio is lovely and the price is right.
