This center is very nice. It holds importance for the black community. It's centrally located and has a lot of history. The host and I believe owner is Wren T Brown, one of the stars on the Whoopi show is usually the host. Friday nights show with Matthew Grant.
Well, the curtain goes up on the play “Hello, Dolly!” that I’m performing in at the Nate Holden Performing Arts Center December 5-8 with the Jewish Women’s Repertory Company of Los Angeles. We’re in our final week of rehearsals, and we’re busy doing our final run throughs. As an actor, I can say that this is an amazing performance space. The stage is super deep, very roomy, and the backstage area is fantastic!! And the lobby is super comfy, too. I’m really excited to be performing here!!!
