Every time I reach out with an emergency, they are so quick to help solve everything. I even ran out of time with my rental through insurance, and they helped me get a rental car until my car was finished. Perfect service right when you walk through the door. Ask for Leah or Amy. This place is amazing!!! Unfortunately I had to bring my vehicle in due to an accident, but I am highly impressed with the level of service I received. The whole process went smoothly, and the end result was phenomenal. I was told I'd get my Jeep back around 2 weeks, but I got her back in 10 days. I received excellent service from Yvette, Amy, and there is one more lady in the office who assisted me, but I forgot her name (I'm sorry)! I thank all the guys who did such a great job restoring my Jeep to looking brand new!! I am quite thrilled my insurance company recommended them to me, as again I'm beyond satisfied. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thank you so much again for taking so much pride in your workmanship; it really reflects!

I had a fantastic experience with National Auto. They took excellent care of both me and my car, which had recently been the victim of a hit-and-run. Throughout the repair process, I received regular updates via text on prices, repairs, and timelines. I want to personally thank both Leah and Amy for their absolutely wonderful customer service. They kept me informed and in the loop with what was happening with my car. They really cared about my experience, despite probably having a dozen other customers and vehicles to think about every day. I would of course like to thank the mechanics and shop workers at National Auto! They returned my car to me looking better than when I bought it. The front of the car looks like the crash had never even happened! It was pristine.
