My daughter and I were ready to buy a Kitchen table and Two bed Frames. We were in the store for at least 45 mins and No one approached us. The men were too busy watching Football and there was one sales man who was assisting a married couple. In the past I've bought furniture at this location, but never again.

I would advise you to take a look at your receipt before leaving the store. Customer service was good in person, however due to dishonest i will not be shopping here again. After coming to an agreement on the price, and paying over 2800 upfront, I was told my balance was 4868. Even though this is what I was told, I did not realize on the receipt, it said a balance of 5000. Be very careful and pay attention to your reciept before walking out the store, check online prices for the products and compare your prices with the product online because they will overcharged you. I was loyal to this store and always shopped here but this was wrong. I don't care about the money, its the principle that matters to me. Take your money somewhere that people will be honest with you. Have a blessed day everyone.

Dora was really nice, she didn’t hassle me or rush me. She looked up prices for anything that I asked for. Overall I was very pleased with my purchases and will return in the future when I need new furniture.

Hello, my wife and I went searching for living room furniture and after several stops at other locations with no luck. We decided to stop in at National Furniture when were met by this nice young lady by the name of Joanna. After explaining what we were searching for she helped us find what we were searching for. She was respectful and professional throughout the purchasing process. We would definitely recommend to ask for Joanna if you happen to stop by there showroom wishing to purchase home furnishings.
