Barbara is wonderful. She’s a lovely teacher and mentor! If you are looking for volunteer opportunities she’s amazing to volunteer for! She will work on projects with you and help guide you. Her artsy personality is welcoming and warm! You can tell she’s very passionate and goal oriented about her vision for her business!! I have just finished the Art and Sales Platinum program with Barbara. She put together a specialized 8 week course, with some bonus materials she generously gifted me. I am beyond grateful for this mentorship opportunity with Barbara. I have truly invested in myself as an artist and a professional business person. Barbara's calm and kind demeanor made the whole experience extremely enjoyable. Barbara is an amazing artist and teacher. She creates a very accepting and calm atmosphere for clients to feel comfortable sharing and creating together. As an Occupational Therapist, it was a pleasure connecting with her and observing her skillfully facilitate classes for vulnerable clients with FASD.
I really wanted to gift my niece and best friends a special birthday gift this year and Barb was super excited and amazing about making feather and bead jewellery together with a native touch. She provided an intro to colours and some history at the beginning and the. We got busy with making our art pieces. She was very engaging and empathetic. I love her positive vibes and the how interested she was in us overall by asking questions. I recommend her classes and look forward to another session in the future.
