They helped me get the tire back on my 29” mountain bike rear wheel. Super fast, nice, and they gave me tips on how to do it in the future.

Got a flat tire. Had a horrible experience taking my bike in last year to Trek, so looked on-line for a different option. Loved the reviews for Natomas Bike. Dropped off bike and asked him to fix flat, add a thicker inner tube and check for need for tune-up. He left message that bike was ready. When I went to pick up bike, he told me that the brakes had wear in them but they would last longer and everything was fine. The inner tube had a hole in it because I wasn't inflating my tires enough - neither one of the other bike repair shops that I have been taking my bike to previously mentioned that; they just charged me for new inner tubes, additional green gunk, etc. Others charged me for full tune ups that I didn't need to just ride my bike two miles a day.... Found a new honest bike repair place!!! Try Natomas for yourself!!! Update: Dropped off my bike with another flat tire and need another tune-up. Told that due to the holidays and the shorten hours, my bike wouldn't be ready until December 29th. I accepted that because I too don't want to work on a holiday. But John went into the shop early yesterday and had the bike ready for me yesterday. It rode so much better after the tune-up - and with proper air in the tires. I had under inflated my tires again recently and thus the flat tire....Back to three miles a day, in- between the rain. Happy biking everyone!
