I took my dog in to establish care, I forgot his records at home and was able to not only email it but show the Dr on my phone to make sure my dog was up to date on everything. Then due to pricing I was able to establish a schedule to get the remaining 3 things without feeling judged or a horrible pet parent.
I called and was able to make an appointment for the same day. The staff was very friendly and respectful. Dr. Lin presented the facts of my pet’s situation to me in a clear and concise way and gave me a couple of treatment options and recommendations. My total came out to about $340 and it was explained to me both during the appointment and when checking out what I was being charged for. This is a great place to refill your pet’s HP.
We have had our 3 cats and now puppy seen at Natomas Vet Hospital over the last 3 years. Very accommodating and genuinely pleasant staff. We've had our pets seen by Dr. Pate and more recently Dr. Amend. Both are amazing and love animals (hard to believe this isn't always the case with vets). I'd highly recommend both.
All of the staff were so kind and caring and had an amazing attitude towards my cat and I. I was very impressed by the level of patient care and positive attitude I experienced, and they took really great care of my cat, as well as explained everything in detail. We are new to the area and this was the first vet we’ve tried when our cat started feeling sick. Incredibly welcoming and great care rendered.
We just moved to the area, and I was so anxious when my dachshund Louie wasn’t feeling well. From the moment I called, Annelise was incredibly kind—calm, attentive, and so efficient in helping us get seen the very same day. I truly felt cared for before we even walked through the door. Dr. Pate was just as wonderful! Very patient and gentle with Louie (who is always nervous at the vet), and took the time to thoughtfully answer all of my questions. It’s such a relief to have found a vet I can trust with Louie’s care. I left feeling comforted, informed, and so grateful. I also appreciated the follow-up messages to check in on Louie, and the quick responses.
