I am pleased to update my previous review. Jessica, the owner, is terrific. I say this because she took time out of her busy schedule to contact me about my initial experience and graciously received my feedback. She also gave me an opportunity to re-visit her establishment in order to receive proper services, and WOW DID I EVER! Ashley is Amazing and certainly redeemed my point of view of this salon. I can hardly wait to be in her capable hands again!

I went to this spa for a much needed massage! My experience was beyond great! I left out feeling very relaxed and ready to go to bed! Ashley did amazing at making sure I was comfortable and applying just the right amount of pressure. I will be making quarterly visits.

I am writing to share my truly exceptional experience at Natural Elements Spa & Salon following my visit last Friday. I had the immense pleasure of redeeming a gift certificate and indulging in your Soothing Renewal package, a choice I had anticipated for months as the perfect way to begin the New Year. I am delighted to say it far surpassed all my expectations! From the initial booking process, handled with impeccable courtesy and efficiency by Jess – a level of professionalism I have consistently encountered with all your front desk receptionists – to the moment I departed, every interaction was outstanding. The concept behind the Soothing Renewal package is brilliant, and its execution was flawless! Each of the four services I received was a testament to the skill and dedication of your team. Kara orchestrated a wonderfully tranquil Spa Capsule experience, setting a serene tone for my visit. Sarah's Elemental Massage was an incredibly aromatic and therapeutic which ease my tension and left me feeling immensely relaxed. Ashlyn's Oasis Facial was meticulously performed, leaving my skin radiant and refreshed. Finally, Amy delivered an Ultimate Shampoo & Blow Dry that perfected my overall transformation. Every individual was not only highly knowledgeable in their field but also radiated warmth and professionalism, creating an atmosphere of genuine care. My experience has not only left me feeling thoroughly refreshed, renewed, and rejuvenated but has also inspired me to proactively schedule future services with Natural Elements Spa & Salon. My sincere appreciation to the management and owners for cultivating such a consistently serene, welcoming, and high-quality environment where you genuinely feel pampered, valued, and completely regenerated.

I have been coming to Natural Elements for my massages for years and years. I can truly say that my massage today was the worst one I've ever had, by far!!! Unlike all my other massage therapists, the therapist I had today (you'll be able to see who I had in your system) was not calm and welcoming in her tone, getting things ready without making loud noises, nor in a first touch to relax the muscles, or in any other way. The massage itself felt amateur like my daughter was just rubbing lotion on me over and over in the same strokes. Actually, my daughter's massage might have been better. It wasn't the pressure either, it was about the therapist' technique (or lack thereof). Tense muscles were not targeted and worked thru. My muscles don't feel relaxed, soothed, nor worked at all. Further, the therapist kept sniffing her nose during it and her zip up hoodie kept rubbing against my skin and getting caught in my curly hair. Likewise, I have never not been greeted with water after a massage until today AND when I asked my therapist for ice water before my massage (because it wasn't in the waiting room like it used to be and I didn't know where it was) she brought it to me and then told me I could get it myself next time. I am REALLY frustrated about my terrible massage today. This is not what I had in mind at all for my birthday massage and it most certainly was not worth the money. Self care is NOT cheap in the first place and this was an utter waste of almost $200. If this had been my first experience at this lovely spa, then I can emphatically state I would not return. Edited: Thank you SO much to the management at the spa for calling me twice today (same day) and attempting to make this right. I look forward to revisiting the spa again and experiencing a restorative massage in the near future!

Absolutely amazing! This was my second time coming here to get my hair done, and once again, I left even happier than before. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect since it’s primarily a spa, but the hair services completely exceeded my expectations. Amy does an incredible job—my first visit was for a root highlight touch-up and a haircut, and I was thrilled with the results. This second time, she went above and beyond. She truly cared about the health of my hair and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything. I felt so taken care of. I 100% recommend this place!
