We have used natural care on and off for about a year now and have really enjoyed them. We tried other cleaners before and were often left dissatisfied. Jonathan, Lesbia, and especially Logan have been great. They are flexible and open to using our cleaning products but I also enjoy the ones they have on hand. There’s a great option to add on special cleanings and alternate between maintenance and tidy-up. We look forward to seeing Logan every other week and intend to continue using Naturalcare!

I had Logan G come by for a full deep clean of my apartment, and the results were amazing. Every corner—especially areas I usually forget about—looked spotless. Logan was thorough, professional, and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. My place feels fresher and cleaner than it has in a long time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a detailed, reliable cleaning service!

Lilia was great! She was very observant and accommodating around my work schedule and office space (I work from home), taking care not to block my access from spaces I needed. She was also very sweet and understanding with my pups. Overall, very positive first cleaning experience. Highly recommend!

SECOND UPDATE: Naturalcare did come out to examine the property. It was noted there is a class action lawsuit currently ongoing pertaining to these covered appliances and is the likely cause of the peeling. However, I still take issue with the fact that the person who cleaned the appliances confirmed she saw the peeling happening during the clean and did not alert me. I have updated my rating accordingly. UPDATE: I have been contacted by Naturalcare and we are working toward a resolution. I will continue to update this review accordingly. I am a chronic positive reviewer, and it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review about a business. We hired Naturalcare for a one-time Deep Clean as our regular biweekly cleaning person doesn’t offer this more in-depth service. I have not heard back from the business about the stainless steel appliances that they have damaged with this clean. Our stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator all have peeling and scratches from the cleaning product and/or scrub that was used. Because the business has not responded, I do not know what was used on our appliances. Regardless, there should not be someone cleaning stainless steel appliances if they don’t know how to properly clean them. All of our appliances are less than three years old, and I am highly disappointed in not only the cleaners but also myself for not doing my due diligence and checking products before they were used. They did a fine job on the floors and bathrooms, but I cannot in good conscience recommend a company that has damaged expensive appliances.
