They did a fantastic job. The Houston allergens and poor air quality in my home were problematic. Scheduling was easy; they came right out and cleaned ducts, vents, units, all of it. I noticed the difference immediately.

I had been putting off getting my dryer vent cleaned for too long, but when I finally called this company, I was glad I did! They were able to come out the same day and the technician was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me the lint buildup and explained why it was such a fire hazard. Now my dryer is working better than ever and I feel safe knowing my home is protected.

I recently had my ducts serviced by Clean Air Houston Pro, and while the technicians who came out were absolutely amazing— very informative and professional, I was disappointed with the overall results, largely due to the equipment used. For the $1,250 I spent (@ $69 a vent) along with $250 for cleaning the plenum box and supply plenum, I expected more professional-grade equipment or a rotobrush at minimum. Instead, they used a Shop-Vac and an Air Care TruckMaster. While I understand the truckmaster is specialized for duct cleaning, I was not impressed with the outcome. As one of the technicians was cleaning inside the ducts, I noticed particles flying out everywhere. He tarped off the surrounding areas, but this wasn't enough to prevent dust and debris from spreading throughout my home. After they left, I could see and feel debris on various surfaces (that didn’t have tarps), which was frustrating considering the cost. Additionally, I was not happy with how the vents were cleaned. Instead of washing them and removing the gunk behind them with a brush, they were merely sprayed with Kilz. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the gunk was still there—it was just coated with Kilz. I was expecting a more thorough cleaning, with the vents being scrubbed or soaked to remove all the mildew and dust buildup first. Then when he was cleaning the main vent on my 30x20 return, he did not remove it to clean the went outside which was surprising to me because it is easily removable. He just used the button lock brush which resulted the dust flying everywhere (I’ll attach photos). That said, the tools provided by the company fell short of my expectations. It’s clear that they chose to cut costs by providing the technicians with inadequate tools. I’ll likely consider a different company next time, hoping for a better overall experience.

We have blown in cellulose insulation in our attic since the 1960’s. We had some major renovations done to our kitchen and bathrooms and since then I’ve noticed more and more dust settling inside our house. They’ve been seeping in through cracks found in spaces around recessed lighting, ceiling fans and light fixtures that were installed. Further more, our air conditioning duct system occasionally would blow pieces of insulation into our living space. We needed our air duct system checked and also to make sure everything that comes into our living space sealed tight. My son and I are allergic to dust. I needed to find a company that I can depend on to get the job done right. After careful research, we met up with Ben, from Clean Air Houston Pro. We found Ben to be professional, personable, very knowledgeable and with excellent ratings from satisfied customers. We discussed with Ben the issues we were having and he gave us a plan to resolve them all. He told us he would completely remove all old insulation, vacuum and disinfect the entire attic before sealing every nook and cranny so that the entire attic space is completely isolated from the living space below. New ductwork, plenums, register boxes and covers would be installed. All will be sealed tight. Only then would new insulation be placed down. Supervisor German, Wilmer, Rolando plus others worked diligently to complete the project. They were polite, hardworking and careful with our home. They completely lined our living space with plastic sheets to protect my carpet, furniture and all open surfaces from dust and grit. I was extremely impressed by the scope and effort put into doing so. All the old insulation and garbage were carefully bagged securely and disposed of. From beginning to end their service was outstanding. I am not coughing nor sneezing because of dust anymore. I love my new clean air. I’m delighted that I made the right choice with CLEAN AIR PRO.

Phenomenal service! This company is doing it right. They’ve serviced our AC unit 3 years in a row and have been nothing but exceptional and informative during their visits. Their technician is extremely knowledgeable and was able to point out some issues with our blower that was causing mold to accumulate and spread through our system and was able to walk me through the process and get it resolved. Truly happy with the services that Clean Air Houston Pro provides! A+++
