Please don’t go to this place. If you want to get treated bad and get humiliated go and eat here . I’ve been a regular customer here and always supported this place, which makes this experience even more disappointing. During my recent visit, I made a simple request—something that could have easily been handled by either accommodating it or politely explaining any extra charge. Instead, the staff chose to respond in a way that was dismissive and humiliating. We were told, “we see customers like you daily,” which felt extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. It wasn’t about the request itself—it was about how we were treated. Good customer service means handling situations with basic courtesy and respect, especially with loyal customers. Unfortunately, this experience made us feel degraded rather than valued. There was no attempt to resolve the situation professionally, no effort to explain options, and no willingness to treat us with dignity. That’s what stood out the most. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because no customer should walk out feeling disrespected like this. ⸻ If you want, I can make this more aggressive, more professional, or shorter for Google/Yelp, depending on where you plan to post it. These people who work here don’t know how to respect their customers and really bad,

The food was very bad and not properly cooked. I picked up my food from them and when I went back and started eating I noticed that some items are not even cooked properly and it’s all raw batter inside. It’s Ugadi special combo. Very bad and overpriced.

This is the worst restaurant in San Antonio. There used to be competition for the worst, but not anymore—this place stands alone at the bottom. They charged over $20 for the buffet, which made the experience even more disappointing. Here’s why: 1. Biryani was dry 2. Chicken Malai was undercooked 3. Chicken 65 was burnt 4. Chicken Green had no salt 5. Vegetable curry had overly large potato chunks 6. Dessert was excessively sweet 7. Second dessert was very hard 8. Gobi 65 had an unpleasant smell Overall, a very poor dining experience.
