Attended NCF London road to look at new couches. Balgit was extremely helpful and had great knowledge. The store was happy for our cane corso Bella to come into store and offered fresh water for the dog and hot chocolate for myself and my partner. Our experience was great and we would definitely return to this store in future. We look forward to receiving our couch. Thanks guys!
