Attended NCF London road to look at new couches. Balgit was extremely helpful and had great knowledge. The store was happy for our cane corso Bella to come into store and offered fresh water for the dog and hot chocolate for myself and my partner. Our experience was great and we would definitely return to this store in future. We look forward to receiving our couch. Thanks guys!

Just purchased an absolutely great buy at NCF living (next door to DFS) Tollcross. Emma at Glasgow offered us help and support while giving us time to look about the store. We ended up securing our new suite and delivery will be next week! Thanks so much Emma. Highly recommended 👌

Emma at Glasgow store was an absolute star! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel so comfortable. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but Emma asked the right questions about our space and that helped us narrow down our options. She was incredibly patient as we went back and forth, and she provided fantastic recommendations that we hadn't even considered. Thanks to her, we found the perfect dining set for our kitchen that not only looks stunning but also fits our family's needs perfectly. We couldn't be happier with our purchase, and it's all thanks to Emma's exceptional service.
