So, I woke up this morning and went to go take a shower and I had to turn the hot water on full blast and was only coming out a little bit of lukewarm. I ran down to my basement and the pilot light was out and the little light on it was not blinking on the water heater. I wanted to maybe replace the necessary parts to fix the electric lighter that's on my water heater, but guess what, those parts take two weeks to arrive! So I called Cruz at this business and explain what was going on and he looked it up immediately to see what the serial number was on my water heater and found out that the warranty of it expired literally a week ago. So he then asked me to go down to the water heater and maybe he could talk me through on the phone just to see what's going on with it and lo and behold he explained a way to jump start the water heater and the electrical parts of it and now I have hot water! I cannot tell you how nerve-wracking it is to wake up on a Sunday morning and not knowing anything about water heaters, and worried about how am I going to even be able to take a shower now or what's going to happen when I try to go to work the next morning. I'm sure that this water heater will give me more problems and I will be reaching out to this business from now on for any problems I have with it! Gave me free advice over the phone on how to fix it myself, so now you have a permanent customer!

This is the best plumber I recommend. Cruise is the owner, he received my call for clog drain in early at morning during the weekend, and show up hour late at my place. And help me unclog the drain. He really acknowledged at what he doing. We had it done with short period of time since I have the auger machine here already. And he does it for FREE. He is really nice guy. And he show me what maintenance we should do to keep the drain flow. And he give me the suggestion that we should do hydro jet with hot water to completely take care the problem.
