Neat Cleaners did an excellent top to toe clean for me in June 2024 and I have used them ever since. They are simply the best cleaners I have had in this house for 10 years. Nothing is too much trouble. They are professional, eager to do the best job possible and lovely people to have in my home.

I recently had my oven deep cleaned, and I can't express how thrilled I am with the results! It was in pretty bad shape—greasy and grimy, with a glass front that you couldn’t even see through. But after the deep clean service, my oven looks absolutely sparkling and shiny! The attention to detail was impressive, and I truly appreciate the hard work that went into this transformation. Marek and Nemia did an amazing job cleaning our flat at the end of our tenancy - it looked better than when we moved in and the oven and fridge looked brand new again! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaner

Beware of using this company... We were unfortunately stung for over £100 by Marek, despite all the good reviews that his company has received from others. We booked the team for a 3 hour deep clean of our 3 bed, 2.5 bathroom house following a building project - the house had already had a basic clean by us to remove any rubbish from the builders. We were away on holiday when they came round and were hoping to return to a sparkling house, having asked them to focus on the hard floors downstairs, hoovering the carpets, and cleaning the kitchen surfaces and bathrooms. On their website they say that it takes 30 mins per room, so 3 hours should have been plenty of time to clean all of these spaces - other cleaners we have used have done the entire house from top to bottom in this time. We returned late on Sunday night to find dirt on all of the floors, dust and sticky patches on the kitchen surfaces, bits of rubbish and dirt in all of the sinks, water marks and dirt still on both of the showers, lots of dirt in the bath. We thought that perhaps there had been a mistake and, because we were away on holiday, they had accidentally gone into the wrong house, as it just didn't make sense! We checked with Marek, who initially said that he would come round to look at the house with us and that he had taken "before and after" photos of all of the cleaning they had done. We asked that he come round on Monday morning to sort out the problem or, if this was not possible, refund the cost of the cleaning which had not happened. Marek now refuses to answer the phone to us, won't reply to texts and is saying that we can only contact him through his business email address. He says they spent 3 hours cleaning, with a particular focus on the main bathroom (which is filthy). He won't give us any of the money back, won't come to the house or even pick up the phone to discuss it, and certainly won't come back to actually clean. We have now cleaned all of these areas ourselves, in under 2 hours - we would have done this anyway but wanted to treat ourselves to come back to a clean house after our holiday. This morning Marek finally sent over the "before and after" photos of everything they've cleaned - which, as you can see from the attached photos containing cleaning equipment, only show them in the kitchen with a streaky, dirty floor. Despite claiming that they cleaned many other rooms, there is no photographic evidence of this and every element of these rooms was left dirty, which is shown in all of the other attached photos took by us. I hate leaving bad reviews and we have given Marek a chance to resolve this, but we feel like we've been robbed and there is nothing we can do about it - so we want to warn others. Despite all these positive reviews, he has given us an incredibly poor standard of service and been rude and unhelpful ever since.
