Amazing experience. Brought in my car for the ultrafine detailing package, the staff took care of everything! Paid quickly, they shuttled me back home, and picked me back up when my car was finished. It looks BRAND NEW I can’t believe it. 100/10 results I would recommend to anybody!!! Thank you!

Amazing service with excellent exterior and interior car wash results. The performance is outstanding, and the customer service is truly excellent. Mariam and Ashor were very helpful, welcoming, respectful, and kind. The interior cleaning team is professional and detail-oriented. They put in great effort to ensure the car is perfectly clean, and their hard work is truly fabulous. The manager and supervisor created a wonderful, positive atmosphere, especially with the free Christmas event, which made the day even happier. I have visited several times, and each time my expectations are exceeded. A great experience overall. Thank you, Ultra Wash Nebo — truly appreciated!

I don't know what to say ... The owners have put in place a top notch facility with all the best equipment, but the staff need significant training . I come here regularly and am usually disappointed but have continued to give them the benefit of the doubt . I always purchase the highest available package and offer to pay more if extra time is required as well as being a very generous in tipping. I always purchase the hand dry and tire dressing extra as I have a premium exterior finish that requires hand drying . When they first opened the attention was there , but now they're just pushing cars out the door . It's frustrating... you CANT clean a car in 9 minutes no matter how many people you put on it and hand dry it as well . The car is left very poorly cleaned inside. Poorly vacuumed and product left all over the finishes . Matts left soaking wet and outside they're likely to scratch your finish with dirty rags or rags that have grease on them from other areas . Fine place to get your dirty work vehicle clean for a week or 2 , but not your good car . Explore other places . For 100$ all i including extras and a generous tip it's just not good enough. Disappointing... such a big investment by the owners and not delivering a good product. Comparable competitors down the street .

I had an amazing experience at this car wash! 🚘✨ The exterior wash was absolutely phenomenal — my car came out sparkling like new. The interior cleaning was also very well done, leaving everything fresh and tidy. What really impressed me was how efficient the whole operation was; it’s a well-oiled machine and one of the best I’ve seen. We chose the top package and were in and out in about 35 minutes, which is incredible for the level of detail they put in. Highly recommend this place if you want your car looking its absolute best! 🙌
