My first time there today! I bought the Acai Bowl and it was so delicious.. the portions generous and the fruit toppings were perfectly ripened. It was definitely a meal in a bowl. I look forward to going back very soon.

I don’t usually come to this location and I decided to mobile order. This location is about 5 minutes from my house. I ordered online and then immediately got into my car to go pick it up. I was helped promptly and didn’t really have much of an interaction with the staff. I drove the 5 minutes home and was so excited to eat my açaí banana berry bowl. I was soooo disappointed on how watery the blended part of the bowl was. It was so watery and blended even beyond smoothie consistency. It was really challenging to eat and enjoy. Everytime I order this bowl at other locations it’s thickly blended like a bowl should be. I am not sure who is at fault…if it was the team member, the mobile order aspect, or this location in general. With another locations near by I’m not sure I’ll go to this one again.

Drinks are great. Service is lacking. One guy was taking the order another in the back, prepping, making drinks, etc. It is a small space. The people running this place need a crash course in fast food and running a restaurant/customer service. Either the man who took my order or the man who made my drink decided to not fill my cup and give part of my drink to someone else. He handed her a cup with my drink partially in it and then handed me mine not filled. He gave her my drink!! I have never experienced this. It was the golden latte. This all happened after the employees made the person’s drink who ordered after us before ours as well. Might be subconscious racism, entitlement, I don’t know, but it was rude and made for an unpleasant experience.

I absolutely love Nekter Juice Bar, and the Mango bowl is everything! They do a great job at delivering consistent quality between the two locations I frequent most often, Crocker and Elk Grove. Whether it’s extra granola on the side or fresh berries on top of my bowl, my order is always exactly as I request it and prepared both well and fast. Thanks Nekter!

I don't know why someone gave them a one star review for not being open yet? It took them a while to open, to be fair, but it was worth it. Their smoothies and acai bowls are a little bit pricey, but the quality and flavor are top notch. They have a really nice variety of flavors too, such as dragonfruit, which you don't see everywhere! I recommend checking this place out for a fresh snack or even a light meal.
