I've worked with Dustin & his team since we launched our business ~7 years ago. From the beginning, Dustin has been incredibly helpful, patient, and strategic when helping us to set up our business and ensure everything runs smoothly. Whenever I need him, he immediately picks up. He's crazy fast to respond, extremely personal, and and all around great person. The help that we've received from Dustin and his team goes far beyond what I could have ever imagined. Can't recommend them enough. THANK YOU.

Dustin has quite literally saved the day (year) for us over the past few years on our complex personal tax returns and now with a business venture. Dustin is the MOST responsive, knowledgeable, and kind person you can work with for your accounting needs. There is nothing that makes me more anxious or worried than taxes/tax complications so I feel SO grateful to have found Dustin to help us year after year!! Thank you Dustin and team!

I received a K-1 after already filing my tax returns for 2021 so I am required to file amended returns for both Federal and CO. I originally prepared the returns myself using H&R Block software. I was able to file the Federal amendment using that software but it doesn't support amendments to CO. I called Nelson & Company and Dustin gave me the help I needed even though I had not filed the original returns with them. He was clearly well versed in the tax rules that apply in my situation. The communication was exceptional. I would highly recommend Nelson & Company!

I own Highland Tax Group, Inc. and almost refer exclusively to Dustin Nelson, CPA with Nelson & Company, CPA's. I can say by my own experience I would highly recommend Dustin and his team. They're knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional. Whether you need several years of taxes completed, or just one, Dustin is your go to guy for tax preparation, accounting and bookkeeping.
