Technician is friendly, efficient, helpful. I had many sensitive files to print(Officeworks printers can’t print them) and he gave me a nice discount! He even let me do what I needed in a hurry, up to half an hour beyond closing time (I was the only customer there)! I don’t know anywhere else convenient in inner city Perth where I could have gotten my urgent printing task solved PRONTO! 10/10.
