I asked for a deep cleaning on a 1 ½. I was so excited because I saw such great reviews. Unfortunately, my place was already clean, to be fair there was a lot of stuff that needed to be thrown out left vy the previous tenant. Yet, radiators were not cleaned, the oven and sides had to be cleaned again, they did not have a ladder I I needed to clean all the high surfaces, the toilet was only cleaned on the inside and they did not to clean the tiles, the toilet stand and the porcelain outsides, none of the doors or the insides of two small closets were cleaned. They couldn’t they had no ladder. Extremely disappointed. I moved in and now I had to clean again before unpacking.
