I was disappointed with the service, especially considering the $300 cost. The cleaners spent a significant amount of time focusing on the shower, which I would have accepted if the result had been spotless. Unfortunately, even the area they focused on wasn't thoroughly cleaned. This also meant there was little time left for other areas of my small apartment, which felt overlooked. I hope this feedback helps improve both the quality of cleaning and time management for future clients.

Estimate provided 2 cleaners for 3 hours. Ended up doing a kindergarten job on the house to upsell more hours. Complete waste of money

I really did not want to write a negative review. I was hoping the company would reach out to me after the job so I could explain why I was unhappy. I heard them for three hours to come in and do the inside windows and tracks in the kitchen family room and three bedrooms. I also requested that my 2 1/2 baths be done Which included a shower stall. The cleaner was a really nice person who came alone, but did not have experience or the proper instructions. She did a great job on the tracks, but then used a cloth and I don’t know what kind of spray to clean the windows that left Streaks everywhere. She also started cleaning the outside sliding glass doors and the outside track and I came in and said that wasn’t necessary to do anything on the outside track and that with time management, I was concerned she would not be able to get things done. I then followed up when she was doing my bathroom and she didn’t seem to understand that I’d wanted the bathrooms cleaned. At this point she had 15 minutes left. I said I really needed to have the bathrooms done as I was having company from out of town so she called her supervisor and they gave her another hour which I paid for. By the time she laughed she asked if I wanted to take a look and I said I really had to leave because I had errands to run. After she left, I saw the state the windows and realized that she hadn’t done the toilets or the floor. I had done the tracks myself in the spring and the bathrooms are cleaned well once a week so it wasn’t a heavy duty job. I just believe that she Really hadn’t been trained on how to clean properly. I sprayed down the shower myself and lent her a toothbrush for the corners of the tracks. Very expensive for having to now go back and clean myself. I was called after I posted my review and was offered 50% refund. They offered a full refund if I would take it down. I explained that I would take a 50 percent refund but it was not ethical for them to offer a full refund to remove review

Massively misled on what cost would be. 4.5 hours, 3 cleaners over $800. And then they wanted a tip - of course. Not worth the price at all. Do not recommend. You can get the same service for half the price elsewhere.

Edit: I would leave a negative rating if I could. I'm so, so disappointed in this cleaning service. I absolutely do not recommend using them for a deep clean or move out clean. The cleaner was 10 minutes late with no attempt to notify me. I booked a 3.5 hour deep clean for a small studio, and the cleaner spent over 3 hours in the kitchen, leaving very little to clean the rest of the studio. Not only that, even after 3 hours, the cleaner still missed many obvious spots--the microwave was still oily, the floor still had obvious grains of food, the light switches were not wiped, and the stove was not cleaned. I had to keep reminding the cleaner to do basic things like dusting, wiping the table, cleaning the mirrors, and the cleaner would keep insist that things were clean when I could still feel dirt on my hands and see it on the floor. P&J cleaners is trying to charge another 1.5 hours despite the fact the cleaner did not finish many of the items listed on the checklist for a deep clean. They sent a second cleaner who tried her best but the first cleaner missed so many things that I'm going to have to hire another cleaner to redo everything.

I am very disappointed with their deep clean service. They missed alot of areas very dirty ( even those that I had asked them to focus on). They charged me for overtime without my pre approval. They offered to come back for re clean but with a small baby and two dogs I could not accept that. But in summary a very expensive cleaning with disappointing results.
