I have been going to Neon Nails regularly for a while now, I would not go anywhere else. Diana is extremely professional and excellent at her job. Highly recommend Neon Nails.

I could not recommend neon nails enough! I was squeezed in after being let down last minute by a different nail technician who had a family emergency. My nails were in a bad state from overfiling with previous BIABs - split nails half way down and brittle at the top where a bad BIAB had becomes detached. I was explained the process and felt confident my nails were taken good care of. Now I have festive nails which I love! Awesome customer service and lovely chat, I’m definitely a new regular :)

I’ve been going to Neon Nails for a long time, and Diana is absolutely fantastic! She’s always attentive, friendly, and helpful, and she really takes the time to make sure I’m happy with my nails every visit. I always leave loving how they look — couldn’t recommend her more! 💅

I have been going to Diana for my nails for 6 months now and I absolutely love the service she offers. She is so good at creating the personalised designs I request and considering I train in the gym most days I have never had any of my nails lift or break. She really does do a great job.

I booked an appointment with Diana to get my nails done for my 21st birthday and was very disappointed with the experience. While the nails themselves look beautiful, the process left my cuticles completely destroyed. Before the appointment began, Diana mentioned that my cuticles were fragile and that she wouldn’t remove too much, especially as my nails are naturally short. However, throughout the appointment, she filed down the gel extensions near the cuticle so aggressively that my nails bled multiple times as she worked on perfecting the shape. I didn’t say anything at the time because I hate confrontation, and I felt pressured to trust that this was normal for my short nails. Although the final result looked good, the pain and damage to my cuticles were unacceptable for a £50 service. What should have been a treat for my birthday turned into a painful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone with sensitive nails or cuticles.
