Jack at Nerds on Call was great. He showed up on time, and was very communicative about his arrival. He conducted himself in a very professional manner. I explained the issue on computer, and within minutes, he was doing his thing. He was very upfront on the charges and pricing. After he fixed the issue on computer, he was friendly with my dogs. Which, I know has NOTHING to do with computers, but showing attention to my dogs means the world to me. Anyway, he set me up with virus protection and also a monthly support for my computer. I recommend these guys totally.
