I’ve seen Becca a few times for a facial and once for a brow wax. She’s always a gem. Very friendly but professional. Becca made the facial super relaxing while also taking the time to listen and address my skin concerns. Afterwards she showed me some products that would be great additions to my skincare routine. I always love coming to Neroli and would make it a weekly occurrence if I had the time and money!!

I’m really saddened to be writing this review. Before my appointment, I was very clear that preserving my length was extremely important and that I only wanted minimal, long blended layers, yet a noticeable amount of my natural length was cut off despite that being discussed. Because my hair wasn’t washed or styled at the appointment, I didn’t see the full result until the next day, when the loss of length was immediately obvious and made my extensions feel pointless, which is especially upsetting given the cost. I contacted the salon right away with detailed explanations and before-and-after photos; while guest services was initially kind, communication became slow, and the final response focused on the type and length of extensions rather than addressing that my natural hair had been cut shorter than agreed upon. Hair is deeply personal, and this experience was emotionally and financially distressing. I wish this had been handled with more accountability and clarity.

I am usually a spa customer of Neroli, today I was a salon customer. I could not get in to my usual hairdresser because she was booked, so I decided to come try out Neroli’s salon! I am a lover of reds and coppers and it can be hard to make those colors pull on all hair. I asked Ashley(I believe that was her name) my stylist if she could mix the two together and she did her best to give me want I wanted. She asked questions, checked in on me, explained what she was doing each step of the process. I liked what she did, but she felt as though it was not as bright as she or I would have liked. I let her know I understood not all colors, in all brands pull the same. I got home and I liked it even more! I just wanted to let you know she did a great job. I know it is hard to please every person, but she did her very best to assure that I had a great experience! Thank you!

Kristen is EXTREMELY attentive to my needs. When I am doing a service with her, she makes me feel like I am the only one that she saw her in the day (even though I was the last appointment). She is kind, attentive to my needs and she makes me feel welcomed. I LOVE going to her.

Awesome experience all around! Alexis cut and colored my hair, and I love it! Wasn't planned but I then decided to get a 50-minute massage with Randall, and I wish I would have booked a longer massage; he was the best! I had hip replacement surgery back in April and he really listened to my needs and addressed my concerns. It was so relaxing. I feel like a whole new person and my aches and kinks are finally gone! Definitely going to book a longer massage with Randall for my next visit. Thank you, Neroli!
