I have been selling real estate for over 35 years and have met few interior designers and stagers that care as much as Sophia does to make sure the service and the style and the budget meets the individual need of her clients. She is not about upselling. Sophia cares about the clients’ needs first. She is a great listener and she is organized, knowledgeable, responsive and respectful and she takes on the process from start to finish. The result is outstanding, as is the experience! Thank you Sophia for also helping me with staging my home for my husband’s birthday bash! You were kind to set up the food table and put up a large picture for us in our main room. Sophia saved the sale of our rental property! After the property sat on the market for several months, we felt pretty strongly that the poor staging had a lot to do with it. The house felt dark, out of style and not functional. We reached out to Nested With Style after seeing her projects around town and reading the amazing reviews. We had a crunched timeline with photos being taken in just a few days. She came to view the property and had it staged over the weekend. She brought a fresh, up to date, custom look to a builder grade track home. After two days on the market, it went pending. I am 100% confident that the sale happened because of Sophia’s work. I cannot speak highly enough about Sophie and her team at Nested with Style. I met Sophie at a staging class years ago and started staging my own listings (I am a realtor) because I was super picky. We started having Nested with Style come help with our stages and then had them completely take over. They were 50000000% better than my team, hahah! I am thrilled to found a staging company that I trust 100%. We have been able to get listings that were previously listed and didn't sell (even previously staged); have Sophie's team stage them, relist and sell them right away. She has amazing taste, works great with all of our clients, reasonably priced, very professional and so much more. She stages every single listing we have, it makes our job so much easier because we don't end up with frustrated clients that have homes sitting on the market. She makes us look good because our marketing photos look beautiful, our listings sell quick for more than unstaged homes, and our clients are always impressed and super happy with her work.
