Our purchase of Melbourne properties in 2016 were handled by Nevile & Co. Lawyers (a well established legal firm in Collin Street, Melbourne CBD)when we stayed in Hong Kong. The fully paid up properties land certificates were held in the firm until 2022. We were confident that everything are in safe hands. In October 2025 we changed our minds to put the properties for sale. We stayed overseas during the transaction. Nevile & Co. I used Neville & Co. Lawyers to conveyance a property I'd purchased in the Melbourne CBD, and I'm extremely glad I did! The contract of sale was signed by both parties just before the Christmas/New Year holiday period. Jack continued to get the settlement process underway during his summer holidays and correspond with me, which is way above and beyond the level of service I've come to expect from a law firm. Van ensured a smooth settlement on the day it was booked. I have no hesitation recommending Neville & Co. Lawyers, and I'll be using them for all future real estate transactions in Victoria.

I had a great experience with this firm, One of their partners, Meng helped me finalise a lease for my restaurant, during the whole process Meng was professional and no request was too much, we were able to finalise the contract in a very short time.
