I came in a couple of times after shopping around with other places. I worked with Rosemary, she took her time and made sure I found what I wanted at the lowest prices. She was great at negotiating and also finding ways to get me better deals. Can’t lie I furnished my entire front room and more for a tad under 4K. Very luxurious furniture. My place looks like something out the movies because them. I recommend them!

I’ve been looking for furniture for months and nothing worked for me until I came across this store!! I am so happy with my purchase. Andy assisted me, he was patient, and pleasant the entire time. I appreciate the great customer service from the moment I entered the store & the quality of the furniture is great. I purchased the leather love seat, recliner chair, coffee table & rug. I love it all! Delivery time was also quick. Just in time for the holiday! I was referred by Moe who also works there.

This place New Age Chicago Furniture has a good history w me! but what I really loved about this place is, when I went last week, Feb 12. 2024 Rose who has been there for years still showed the same character. She was so kind, understanding and extremely patient w me. I’m very particular about things and she literally spent hours in helping me make the right choices! She helped me update my living room w a nice rug, and beautiful dining chairs! Abe the owner was very nice and helpful as well! Delivery came very quick. Only a few days after I ordered. I wasn’t expecting that.The delivery guys were even very professional and set everything up.They were all Professional and Personable!!
