Jesse and his team did a fantastic job with designing and installing planters with trees, shrubs and flowers, as well as irrigation and lighting for our terrace. The design process went smoothly. they were responsive to our requests and questions. With any home improvement project such as this one, it's great when you're learning along the way as you design, and we thought the interaction was very good: timely responses to emails, quick updates to design renderings and clear communication overall. The installation was professional; the team was thorough and careful when installing the irrigation system under the terrace tiles and they put everything right back in its place when they were done. Once the work was started and we saw the setup, we realized we wanted to make some changes based on available sunlight. They were accommodating and flexible -- they gave us a bunch of options and it all fell into place.
