Can't say enough positive things about New Era Plumbing. On time, called to confirm their arrival and super professional. They took plenty of time to correctly identify the problem and offered reasonable, cost effective options for repair. From start to finish it was nice to work with New Era Plumbing and we wouldn't hesitate to have them work on plumbing in our home again. This time they replaced a faulty outdoor water shuttle off valve and located a leaking pipe that was covered in concrete.

Josh and the crew came out and helped me with a leak in my PEX tubing. He even took my call on a Sunday! They did a great job! Friendly, respectful and thorough. I'd highly recommend!

New Era plumbing is who I will recommend to all friends and family. They were attentive, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond expectations. Very much blown away with the level of detail and service. Please stop looking for other plumbers and call new era. Louie that helped my family is a kind and humble man who is a true craftsman. My fiancé and I contacted Louie about a home we are purchasing, which showed major plumbing/sewer concerns on the home inspection. His team responded immediately and he was able to provide an in-person evaluation same day, as well as determine a thoughtful and educated course of action. We had a gas fire pit issue and New Era responded so quickly. Got a guy out here same day even when it wasn't an emergency. They treated us like we were top priority. Eric came, did a great job and was very friendly, professional and quick he stayed to finish the job on a Friday evening and you can tell he loves working for a company that treats him well. The owner is very easy to work with and I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.
