Wow Just had my white winter coat cleaned here. I had some black scruffy stain left from luggage wheels which I brought to other dry-cleaners and the results were disappointing. However i was pleasantly surprised that new image managed to make my entire coat spotless! It's so worth it. Definitely a returning client. Thank you so so much i am so happy! 🥰

I recently took 2 jackets to get dry clean as it Had a few stains. After dry clean, stain still very visible and stain around collar from neck area still visible. Doesnt looks it's been clean at all. Asker for it to be re-clean but doesn't looks like it did. Im very disappointed and won't use them again.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this dry cleaner. When I first came in, this same rude staff member aggressively told me that the stains might not come out. After the first attempt failed, I returned and dealt with a kind older lady who professionally promised I wouldn’t be charged if it didn’t work. Today, I returned, and the same aggressive staff member not only dismissed that promise, but she also lied to me, claiming the other lady was on holiday with no return date. The repeated rudeness, dishonesty, and poor customer service were unacceptable. I’m giving zero stars!
