I had lower back pain due to work and visited Leaf Chiropractor. From booking the appointment to the follow-ups, everything was very easy. Most importantly, the team is amazing..everyone here is genuinely kind and supportive.After my 4th visit, I felt about 90% recovered. Every time you come in for treatment, you feel positive energy and a really good vibe.I totally recommend this place. I usually don’t leave reviews, but they truly deserve it.

I’ve had back surgery and both hips replaced, and as a result of all these procedures coupled with serious arthritis in my lumbar region, I am constantly suffering from back spasms and pain in general. I found New Leaf Chiropractic towards the end of 2025 and in the last few months I have been getting the treatment and benefiting from the relief that it has given me. They have knowledgeable doctors, state-of-the-art equipment, and a very professional staff supporting the business. You are always greeted with a smile when you enter, and I strongly recommend this place to anybody in need of chiropractic services. A+++

I initially walked into this chiropractic center with an open mind. Front desk and all staff in general were welcoming and polite, which I’ll acknowledge upfront. However, that is where the positives end. The facility itself is not modern, updated, or reflective of the premium pricing they attempt to justify. For what they charge, the place is pretty “ok”. What is most concerning is the business model. As a healthcare professional, I found this facility to represent much of what is going wrong in healthcare today. Patients are brought in without insurance being properly verified or even accepted, only to be pressured into committing to treatment plans costing thousands of dollars upfront. In my case, I arrived with severe pain (10/10), having driven over an hour expecting to receive at least some form of therapeutic care. Instead, after waiting more than an hour, I was told I would receive no treatment at all unless I agreed to a pre-packaged treatment plan costing over $5,000. There was no option for a single session, no interim pain relief, and no flexibility, pay in full or receive nothing. This felt less like patient centered care and more like a high pressure sales pitch at a moment when someone is physically vulnerable. That approach is unacceptable. While the staff may be friendly, friendliness does not replace ethical, accessible, and transparent healthcare. I would strongly caution patients especially those in acute pain to ask very clear questions upfront about costs, insurance, and treatment options before investing their time or trust here.

I’m truly impressed with the level of care I’ve received at New Leaf Chiropractor and want to share the progress I’ve made thanks to their outstanding and excellent care. From the moment I walk in, the staff Sylvia, Jojo and the rest of the team are always welcoming, professional, and always attentive. They truly make you feel cared for. My chiropractor Dr. Carlos always takes the time to explain everything clearly, listens to my concerns, and created personalized treatment plan that actually works. I’ve experienced significant improvement in my pain, mobility, and overall well-being since beginning treatment. Each visit leaves me feeling better, more aligned, and more informed about my health. The combination of expertise, genuine compassion, and consistent results makes this office stand out. I’m grateful for the progress I’ve made and highly recommend them to anyone looking for real, long-lasting relief.
