We hired New Urban Media for a redesign of our beast of a website. The project included almost 100 pages. New Urban worked tirelessly to help keep the project on time and on budget. They were responsive and fast-acting. They did beautiful work! Every day when I look at the new website, I find something else to love about it. Even behind the scenes, it is a dream to edit. Vanessa, Facundo, and Tracy showed patience and kindness at every turn through this project and we look forward to continuing to work with them as our web hosts for many years to come. If you are considering a new website, I cannot reccomend New Urban Media enough!!! A++

I'm a new client that just launched my new website. As someone with engineering and designer background myself, I was very impressed with how Tracy and his team paid so much attention to the details. Not just the details that any web designer would consider but also the details about me, my business and my ability (or lack there of) to understand how to work with them during the design phase. It's been fun to hear people brag on how great my site looks. I would highly recommend you get New Urban Media to join your team!

Gould's Salon/Spas and Gould's Academy reached out to Tracy Love and New Urban Media to completely redesign our websites. Tracy and his outstanding staff not only created a visually stunning site, they streamlined our very complex e-commerce site making it much more user friendly. The combination of a very creative staff, their extensive knowledge of social media and the first class customer service they deliver make for a truly dynamic team. Thanks New Urban Media!

Top-notch! New Urban is really a hidden gem of web design here in Memphis. We hired them at Church Health to build our new website, and we couldn't be happier. Tracy did a wonderful job of creating a website that organizes a staggering amount of information. Their customer service is outstanding too; whenever I have a question or concern about anything, I have them on the phone within the hour. Totally recommend!
